Perceptions of nursing students and nursing faculty about incivility and its factors in nursing education: A descriptive qualitative study

Introduction: Incivility is commonly observed in number of schools including nursing institutions around the world. It affects both, students and faculty members by interrupting class discipline learning environment. Thus, understanding factors leading to incivility college will assist identifying strategies deal with problem.
 Objective: To explore perceptions about its factor education.
 Methodology: A qualitative descriptive design was used participants, from a private Islamabad, Pakistan, were recruited through purposive sampling. One on one in-depth interview conducted five 12 using an open-ended guide. Using content analysis, codes identified similar formed categories theme evolved categories. 
 Results: Data analysis generated description incivility, uncivil behaviors, causing overcome as The most lack teaching-learning socio-cultural family background students. that suggested overcoming orientation sessions, professional development activities, developing policies reduce institution. Conclusion: For improving civility college, insight among be developed place address unacceptable behaviors timely effective manner.
